In my case it was a running wild windows update service:
Svchost.exe (netscvs)
I couldn’t see it in TaskManager, only in Procexp.

I couldn’t see it in TaskManager, only in Procexp.
Reason is a corrupted or deleted trashcan file. In my case, a virus scanner had renamed the trashcan file.
